Kathleen Alexander : I have been a real estate consultant since 2002 and have been awarded for my sales each year. I am familiar with the neighborhoods of Back Bay, South End, Beacon Hill, South Boston, Jamaica Plain Charlestown, Roslindale, Brookline, Cambridge, Somerville, and East Boston. I am a licensed Realtor®, expert Accredited Buyers Representative, Certified Residential Specialist, and Loss Mitigation Certified agent. I have effectively marketed properties throughout the Greater Boston area to help my sellers achieve the best price possible for their properties through creative selling strategies.

As a first-time buyer and seller specialist, I am an expert at educating and guiding clients through the process of selling or buying their first home. I also specialize in working with investors and contractors in the conversion and renovation of historic buildings, including a major design and renovation of my own South End condo in 2005. Redesigning homes to get them sold quickly or to help buyers visualize the home of their dreams is also a specialty service I provide. I hold my Loss Mitigation Certification and have expertise in helping homeowners navigate through the process of negotiating with their lender when they have difficulty paying their mortgage.

I am an active member of the Neighborhood Association of Back Bay where I am currently the co-chair of the Graffiti NABBers, working to remove graffiti and protect historic buildings from being defaced. Prior to entering real estate, I was a consultant in the technology industry working as a project manager and creative director or top-tier companies such as PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
